Rollie has been an Executive Search Consultant since 1976 specializing in placements in oil and gas companies. Engagements that he has successfully negotiated have included all levels of management and Executive Officers of a wide range of companies from junior and intermediate energy corporations to large fully integrated oil and gas companies. Rollie has had a long career counseling both clients and candidates to ensure Corporate requirements are compatible with each candidate’s career development objectives.
Rollie’s experience includes acting as owner and operator of Hearn and Associates Executive Search, Vice-President, Executive Search with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Partner with Ernst & Young. He also spent 16 years with Western Management/The Lennox Partnersips and Group Sobeco Inc as a Partner in Executive Search. Prior to entering consulting, he received broad Human Resource experience in the Banking, food Processing and Petroleum Industries.
Rollie brings a vast depth of knowledge and experience to the recruiting industry and is looking forward to helping manage the growth of the legal industry in Calgary and throughout Western Canada.
